Richard Missaghie is the Managing Lawyer and founder of Missaghie Law, where he provides strategic legal counsel in all aspects of commercial real estate law. His practice includes advising clients on acquisitions and dispositions across various asset classes, private and institutional financing, joint ventures, co-ownership structures, and commercial leasing. Richard is known for his practical, business-minded approach, helping clients navigate complex transactions with efficiency and confidence.
Richard holds a master’s degree in economics from McGill University and earned his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
Before establishing Missaghie Law, Richard practiced at Torys LLP, one of Canada’s leading national law firms. During his time there, he was involved in some of the country’s most sophisticated corporate and real estate transactions, working with major institutional investors, developers, and corporations.
